I know they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. But you’ll be desperate to somehow package these delicious pizza restaurants into your suitcase to bring home with you.
Dine in some of the best pizza places to ever exist and you’ll get that winning jackpot feeling, that’s for sure.
And if you want to end your evening with a pizza party in your hotel room, fear not for all these pizzerias offer takeaway and delivery services too, so that perfect slice can be dropped off at your doorstep.
1. Old School Pizzeria
- 2040 E Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030
- (702) 990-0070
- Old School Pizzeria – Our Proof is in the Dough™ (pizzaoldschool.com)
This must be one of the tastiest pizzas I have ever tried. The menu alone is enough to have you salivating. Take one step through the doors and let that baking dough smell hit you and that drool will be free-flowing.
Owner and Executive Chef, Giovanni Mauro, fuses his Italian heritage with Las Vegas’ style to create some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Make sure that you give the monster-size slice a go.
I’d recommend getting it with the half garlic rosemary bread knots which are also unbelievably tasty.
2. Northside Nathan’s
- 7531 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89128
- (702) 255-8822
- Best Pizza In Las Vegas – Northside Nathan’s Detroit Pizza (northsidenathanslv.com)
This family-based pizza restaurant sells Detroit-style pizza, as well as chicken wings and an array of desserts. And oh wow – is it good! The decor inside the establishment is almost as good as the cooking, which really says something!
Massive portions of twice-baked buttery-crusted and super cheesy-topping pizza is Northside Nathan’s signature style. And I absolutely can’t get enough.
Don’t forget to try their Downtown Sampler either, trust me you won’t regret it.
3. Pizza Rock
- 201 N Third St, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- (702) 385-0838
- Pizza Rock Las Vegas – Gourmet pizzas, hand-crafted artisan cocktails, over 30 craft beers, wine and more!
When the chef of the restaurant is a thirteen-time Pizza World Champion, you can bet that it’s turning heads and piquing the interest of many foodies. And I am no exception.
And it’s safe to say that this restaurant lives up to its expectations and then some.
The menu is perfect, with tons of options that everybody can enjoy. There are options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free doughs too.
And if you visit between 3 pm – 6 pm Monday through Thursday, you can even enjoy happy hour! Don’t mind if I do!
4. Pop Up Pizza
- 1 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- (702) 366 – 0049
- Pop Up Pizza – Gourmet Pizza – Take Out & Delivery Now Available – Pop Up Pizza (popuppizzalv.com)
Whether you’ll purchase your pizza by the slice or scoff down the whole pie is up to you. My self-control says slice but my stomach says pie!
You can choose from their imaginative menu (the Creamy Onion, Spinach & Mushroom pizza is to die for) or you can create your very own concoction, the choice is yours.
Pizza isn’t all that’s on offer either! You’ll need to try the Fried Pickles & Ranch while you’re there!
5. Evel Pie
- 508 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- (702) 840 – 6460
- index (evelpie.com)
You need only take a look at the online website to get a feel for the unique vibe of this restaurant. Evel Pie impresses me every single time. You can buy pizza by the pie or by the slice here and the food is so good (Also check out the Best Pizza In Memphis).
The Evel Slice Combo is my favorite option from here, a tasty and scrumptious cheese slice and a cool and refreshing beer to chug it down with.
But the fun doesn’t stop there, you can’t leave without giving Evels Grandma Balls a try!
6. Yukon Pizza
- 1020 E Fremont St #120, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- (702) 509-6691
- YP (yukonpizza.com)
If you love a perfectly charred Neapolitan-style pizza pie, and who doesn’t, then you’re going to adore Yukon Pizza.
My favorite thing about this pizza joint is its commitment to unique and exciting flavors that you don’t typically find.
You’ll have to try their gyro-inspired pizza pie that is topped with feta cheese and tzatziki.
7. Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar
- 9785 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89117
- (702) 570-7000
- Dom DeMarco’s | Pizzeria and Bar in Las Vegas, NV (domdemarcos.com)
Last, but by no means least, is Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria. You can choose between a New York style thin crust or a Sicilian style thick crust and then top with any of the innovative and absolutely delicious flavors.
The White Clam pizza is definitely worth noting as is the Spicy Hawaiian. And while you’re there munching down delicious slices of pizza, don’t forget to give their Gram’s Meatballs a taste too – they are out of this world.
Final Thoughts
There are so many great places to go in Vegas to sample some of the best pizza you’ve ever tried. Honestly, I could do a road trip just going from venue to venue, slice to slice. Each place is so great and yet still so unique.
Most places serve much more than just pizza though, and the only way to do it right is to load up on sides, have a sneaky dessert, and of course, make sure that you’ve got a few nice drinks to swallow it all down with.
If you’re planning a trip to Vegas any time soon, I don’t envy you having to choose which of these fine establishments to try.
Maybe you could get a singular slice from a couple of them so you get to experience more than one? However you choose to do it, I promise you that will you not be disappointed with the food that you get.
If what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, then I guess I’m never leaving, because this pizza isn’t something I can live without!
