About the Menu

Wingstop offers something for everyone.

Mains

All the mains at Wingstop are all chicken, and they’re all delicious. They mostly come in wing-form, however, if you prefer a burger, you can try the new Chicken Sandwich. This is juicy fried chicken served in a bun, with a dipping sauce of your choice, topped with crunchy pickles and piled into a toasted bun. It’s also really cost efficient for under $10!

If you just want to sample Wingstop’s infamous wings, then you can try them saucy or dry rubbed in Wingstop’s signature flavors, with options for a 6 piece (around $8), a 15 piece (around $17) or pay for the combo served with fries and a drink, too.

If you’re lucky, you may be able to get a free chicken sandwich at Wingstop as the fast food chain sometimes puts on great deals for its customers.

Wings

As for the wings, there are a few options. Firstly, there are the specials:

If you prefer boneless, the Boneless Meal Deal (around $17 currently) is highly recommended. This consists of 20 boneless wings. You can choose four flavors, and it comes with large fries, a drink, and two dips.

If you prefer a mix, opt for the All In Bundle which is currently around $20. This consists of 16 boneless wings, along with 6 tenders. You can choose four flavors. This comes with large fries, a drink, and three dips. If you love crispy, fried wings, then this is the choice for you.

Combos

Next are the combos:

Combos are for those who have a pure love for chicken wings, as these don’t come with fries. For the combos, you can choose between 6, 8, and 10 wings, boneless or classic. You can choose up to two flavors, and each meal comes with 1 dip and a drink. Prices range from about $8 depending on location.

Sides

When it comes to chicken wings, sides can be just as important as the main meal. And Wingstop does not disappoint in terms of its sides.

If fries are your thing, Wingstop offers three types. Seasoned fries are cooked in Wingstop’s signature seasoning. These are classic and delicious. Then you’ve got Louisiana Voodoo fries which are a little more costly. These are a little more fancy, served with cheese sauce, ranch, and the signature Cajun seasoning. If you like spicy food, try the cheese fries which are topped with jalapeño cheese sauce.

For the healthier option, you can opt for Cajun fried corn, sweet corn seasoned with Cajun seasoning, or veggie sticks, which are chilled celery and carrot sticks. These cost around $4 for a regular size and $6for a large size, but this is subject to change!

Desserts

If you have a sweet tooth and would like to opt for a dessert, Wingstop has not forgotten about you. On its dessert menu is the delicious Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie (around $3). This mouth watering brownie with chocolate chunks and chocolate chips is delicious.

Drinks

You’ll need to wash down your delicious food with a refreshing drink. At Wingstop, you can choose from two different beverages in two different sizes that won’t cost you more than $2-$3:

  • Fountain Soft Drink 20 oz.
  • Fountain Soft Drink 32 oz.
  • Iced Tea 20 oz.
  • Iced Tea 32 oz.

Nutrition

For information about nutrition, you can head to the Wingstop website. On their website is a Nutritional Guide where you can access all the information regarding each dish and its nutritional value.

The general nutrition advice is that an average person can consume 2000 calories a day. On the Nutritional Guide, you can see that a boneless wing contains about 90 calories. Therefore, if you order a large wing combo, this will be ten pieces of chicken which will consist of about 900 calories. If you opt for a smaller meal, however, such as the small wing combo, this will consist of about 540 calories. Meanwhile, a medium wing combo consisting of 8 pieces of chicken will consist of about 720 calories.

However, in order to know how many calories you are consuming in these meals, you must remember to factor in other factors, such as the flavors of dips you choose to have with your meal. The combo meals come with a 20oz drink. If this was a coke, for example, this would add 248 calories to your meal. It is important to consider this when calculating how many calories are in your meal.

If you would like to opt for fewer calories in your meal, you could have a diet coke with your meal, which only has 2 calories. If you’re having one of the meals which includes a side, you can trade out the fries for Cajun corn or veggie sticks. The corn has a few fewer calories than fries, whilst the veggie sticks have a lot less, as they only have 9 calories in 5 sticks.

Regarding allergies, it would be a good idea to mention any allergies to your server, as they will be able to provide you with any information you require about the menu. You can also head to the Wingstop website, where there is an Allergen Declaration where you can find the information you need.

If you’re a vegetarian, I would not recommend Wingstop. Although there are sides you could opt for, there is no vegetarian main dish. Unless you have a particularly sweet tooth and don’t mind snacking on a dessert whilst your friends tuck in to chicken, then I would say this place isn’t recommended for vegetarians. However, for meat-lovers, it’s definitely the place to go.

Location

Wingstop is an international franchise, with over 1000 stores in the US alone, and over 1500 in different locations across the world. As of 2022, you can find a Wingstop in the US, France, the UK, Canada, Singapore, and more.

Wingstop also offers deliveries, and so with so many locations, there will likely be one near you which you can order from.
