About the Menu

Meals

The main section of the menu at Boston Market is composed of their meals, which are served alongside two sides of your choice, and cornbread. There is a wide variety to choose from, including the Half Rotisserie Chicken meal that is around $8.49 in most states. With this meal, you can enjoy half of an all-natural, roasted whole chicken that is fully marinated in garlic and herbs. A true rotisserie-chicken, roasted to juicy perfection.

The Large Turkey meal is another popular choice, currently priced at $8.99 in most states. Boston Market takes a couple of plump roasted turkey breasts, and season them in their signature marinade, before slowly roasting them in their ovens. The result? A meal to please any meat lover’s taste buds.

Whilst many people complain about the prices, the meals at Boston Market actually work out to be a good value for money.

Bowls and Sandwiches

Boston Market also offers a range of bowls, such as the Market Bowl, with the option of Rotisserie Chicken, Roasted Turkey, or Meatloaf, starting off at $6.99 in most locations. The Boneless Chicken Breast in this Market Bowl is a favorite amongst customers and is served over two sides, chosen by you. There is also a Rotisserie Chicken salad bowl, which is available in Mediterranean, Santa Fe, or Caesar styles.

You’ll also find sandwiches, currently priced at $6.69, including the chicken salad sandwich. This contains chicken that has been slow-roasted in its own juices until super tender. You can then top it off with some soft cheddar cheese.

Family Meals

A great addition to the menu at Boston Market is the family meals section, which allows you to buy a meal to share amongst people, with the option for a meal for 3, 4, 5, or 6 people, depending on how many of you there are. These come with a choice of meats and included sides too. These family meals currently range from $22.17 for a basic meal for 3, all the way to around $51.00 for a stacked meal for 6, spending on location. We love the classic Mac and Cheese, or the 1 to 1/4 chickens, with three large sides, and cornbread. Hearty and tasty for the whole family to enjoy.

Home Style Sides & Soups

The side dish section at Boston Market includes all of your favorites, including mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, creamed spinach, and more. These tend to cost from around $2.39 for a regular portion or $4.39 for a large portion in most states. Also available is additional cornbread, currently priced from around $0.69 for 1 Pc.

Kids Meals

All of the usual meals are available in child’s portions, and you can choose from mac & cheese, dark meat chicken, meatloaf, or turkey, currently for $4.49, or rotisserie chicken for $5.99 in most Boston Market locations.

Desserts and Drinks

There are plenty of desserts to choose from, too, including Apple Pie for around $1.99 a slice, or chocolate cake, currently for $2.49 a slice. The drinks menu contains your usual favorites, as well as lemonade & iced tea, starting off at under $2.00 for 30oz.

A La Carte Entrées

You can also enjoy a selection of entrées on the Boston Market menu. In most stores, you can order a Whole Rotisserie Chicken from $9.49, Zesty BBQ Ribs from around $7.99 for a 1/4 Rack to around $15.99 for a full rack, and a 16 oz roasted turkey, currently priced at $9.99 on the main Boston Market menu online.

Nutrition

Unlike many other fast food restaurants, eating at Boston Market isn’t wholly unhealthy, and it’s possible to choose your options carefully to help to prevent you from eating too unhealthily if you’re looking to avoid eating too many calories.

The average meal from Boston Market (Which is considered to be ¼ white chicken, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and cornbread) usually contains around 880 calories, and 33 grams of fat. So whilst it’s not particularly healthy, it’s also much better than most other fast food restaurants. Plus the fresher and higher quality ingredients that Boston Market uses will mean that their food tastes nicer too.

If you’re planning on going to Boston Market but you’re on a strict diet, then there are a few different options that you can choose to ensure that your meal is still delicious, but remains healthy. One of the best to go for is the ¼ white chicken breast, with steamed vegetables, garlic dill, new potatoes, and cornbread on the side. This will ensure that you’re getting plenty of protein and nutrients from the vegetables, whilst avoiding anything that is too heavy in calories.

Boston Market is also great if you’re gluten intolerant or dairy-free, as most of their main meal selections aside from the meatloaf are gluten-free, and all of their sauces are dairy-free too, and you can always opt for the steamed vegetables or broccoli if you want to avoid gluten in your sides. Although you will have to ask for the cornbread to be removed though.

Unfortunately, if you’re vegetarian or vegan, then you’ll have a tough time finding a substantial meal at Boston Market, as all of their main meal options include meat! So you’ll have to make up a meal using different side dish options if you’re vegetarian or vegan and want to eat at Boston Market.

Locations

Boston Market isn’t as large as some other fast food restaurant chains, as there are currently 307 restaurants across the United States, in 25 different states, with many of these restaurants being found in Florida, where there are 43 different restaurants, which makes up 14% of the total Boston Market locations in the U.S.

Depending on your location, it is possible that Boston Market can deliver, so if you’re interested in having a fresh and hot Boston Market meal delivered to your home, then you need to contact your local restaurant to see if they offer it in your area!
